When will my order be dispatched?
We usually dispatch in-stock orders within 24 hours of purchase from Sydney, using AusPost Express shipping.
How long does delivery take?
In-stock orders usually dispatch from Sydney within 24 hours; weekends and public holidays may affect dispatch. Australia Express transit is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch. New Zealand delivery varies by destination and customs. Pre-orders ship after the stock arrival shown on their product page. See our shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
For in-stock orders, your tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout within 24–48 hours of purchase. Follow the link in your email to track your parcel. If you cannot find your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
Checkout currently supports Australia and New Zealand, with free Express shipping and no minimum spend. For another destination, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and a shipping quote.
What about regional and remote areas?
We send your order via AusPost Express from Sydney. Delivery to regional and remote addresses may take longer.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To arrange a return, contact us with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please return your sunglasses in the same condition you received them, with the cleaning cloth, dust bag and case included. Pack everything securely for the return journey.
